1. I submitted my media sample and came back a couple days later. The map has not changed at all. Is there something wrong?
A: We have found that you might need to clear the cache on your web browser to see an updated version of the map.
2. I can’t see any images on the map. Is there something wrong?
A: Unfortunately, it might take a few minutes for all the images on the map to load.
3. I submitted an entry, but I don’t see it anymore.
A: Did you submit a media sample with your entry? We delete any entries that do not have a media sample attached. If this is the case, please feel free to resubmit your location with a media file. If you did submit a media file but still don’t see your entry, you might need to clear the cache on your browser. Although this does not happen often, it might also take a few minutes for it to load onto the map.
