The ICI encourages proposals from curators and other culture workers for projects that engage topics or practices of interest to the Institute. Curatorial processes may result in a catalogue, a publication, a performance, a social media intervention in lieu of or in addition to a display of objects in the ICI space. We accept applications from adventurous curators who work with mediums or ideas that typically fall outside recognized visual genres, even contemporary ones. We are particularly interested in proposals that converse or integrate aspects of one of our diverse archives or collections and/or engage physically or psychically with the topography of the Institute space.
